About Introve

We're done optimizing for machines.
We're building for humans.

Introve is trying to fix the whole damn system. We're building a world where people feel confident in their value and hiring is honest.

The Origin Story

Introve started on a Zoom call.

I was helping Nilima with her resume. She mentioned, almost in passing, how she'd built a dashboard to heal a rift between two warring teams. Then she moved on to the next bullet point.

She didn't just “build a dashboard.” She read the human dynamics, identified what was actually preventing them from communicating, and took the initiative to build a solution—despite it being adjacent to her work at best. And she still couldn't see the value in what she'd done.

Turns out, we both had the same blindness. And we weren't alone...

Nilima: Anyone could do that.

Alison: No, not everyone could. And even if they could, not everyone would.

The Wordsmith

Systems thinker who builds frameworks for messy problems—like teaching AI when to validate, when to push back, and when to just listen.

Strategic Vision

Believes hiring is broken because we're filtering out humanity instead of surfacing it. Built Mirra to do the opposite.

The Builder

Reads human dynamics and turns them into systems that work—including an AI architecture that knows when to listen and when to speak.

Intuitive Action

Finds the real problem underneath the stated one, then builds what solves it.

🎓 Education: BS in Computer Engineering, Purdue University; MBA, UChicago Booth (March 2026)

Our Operating Principles

The truths we build on.

The right question is better than the right answer.

Answers end the conversation. Questions deepen it. We build to uncover the nuance that standard boxes miss.

Value flows both ways.

Candidates invest their time. The process should pay them back with insight and clarity, not just a final decision.

How someone thinks is the skill.

Tools change. Job needs update. What actually transfers is how someone approaches what they don’t know.

Just because technology could, doesn’t mean it should.

Efficiency isn’t the only metric. We optimize for human signal, not just speed or scale.

People aren’t interchangeable parts.

Legacy tools treat talent like cogs. We build for the reality that every individual changes a team’s DNA.

Human-centered design is just design.

If a tool forces you to act like a robot, it’s failed. We build technology that bends to people, not the other way around.

Augmented Intelligence, not Artificial Intelligence

AI should amplify people, not flatten them.

That's the future we're building. Mirra is where it starts.
