Privacy Policy
Effective Date: May 19, 2026
At Introve AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your Personal Data, which is information that identifies or can, in combination with other information, reasonably identify you (“Personal Data”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your Personal Data when you interact with us. This Privacy Policy applies to visitors to our website and users of Mirra, our AI-powered professional skills coaching platform accessible at mirra.introveai.com. This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, services, or applications that we do not control, even if they link to or from our Services (“Third-Party Services”).
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the policy outlined here, please discontinue use of our Services.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of Personal Data, including, but not limited to the specific pieces of Personal Data described in each of them:
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your first name, last name, and email address. Your password is hashed and stored securely in encrypted form—we never have access to your password.
Consumer Content
When you interact with Mirra, we collect the messages and stories you share during your coaching conversations. This includes the professional experiences, skills, evidence, and other Personal Data you discuss with Mirra.
Generated Content
Based on your conversations, Mirra generates skills profiles and growth transcripts that summarize and articulate your professional capabilities. These profiles are stored and collected.
Log and Metadata
Our servers automatically collect information when you access or use our website or Mirra and record this information in log files. Further, metadata is generated by your use of the website or Mirra to provide additional context about your use thereof. Such data may include but is not limited to:
- Internet Protocol (IP) addresses;
- Browser type;
- Referral sources (e.g., which website, link, post, or other source a user came from);
- Derived location (e.g., country and city).
Device Data
We also collect information about the devices used to access the website and Mirra, including the type of device, operating system, and anonymous device identifiers.
Cookie Data
We may use cookies and similar technologies to operate and administer Mirra and improve your experience. We may store some of the information described in this Policy with cookies, for example to help maintain your preferences across sessions if you’re not logged in, or to assist with authentication and customer support. Cookies can also be used for troubleshooting errors, better understanding service usage, and supporting marketing efforts. Cookies may include:
Necessary Cookies
Cookies required to operate Mirra. For example, they allow us to authenticate users or enable specific features within Mirra, including for security purposes.
Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how Mirra performs and is used, such as the number of users, and how they interact with Mirra.
Marketing Performance Cookies
These cookies help us support and understand the efficacy of our marketing efforts, such as measuring the performance of marketing campaigns to enhance Mirra’s visibility.
Managing Cookies
Your web browser may also allow you to manage your cookie preferences, including deleting and disabling cookies. You can look at the help section of your web browser to understand your options. Changes you make to your cookie settings may affect the availability or functionality of the Services. Cookies listed as “Necessary” are required for the Services to function and cannot be disabled. Cookie settings are device- and browser-specific, so you will need to set cookie preferences for each device’s browser.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, improve, maintain, and protect Mirra’s coaching services, including generating personalized skills profiles and growth transcripts based on your conversations. We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI model and service quality. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may disclose Personal Data if we reasonably believe disclosure is required by any applicable law, regulation, or legal process.
3. Employer Visibility (Optional)
If you choose, you may make your skills profile and growth transcript searchable to employers. This is entirely opt-in and controlled through your account settings. You control the visibility settings for your skills profile and growth transcript (these share the same visibility setting), and you separately control visibility for your underlying conversation stories. Your information is never shared with other candidates—only with employers, and only if you explicitly enable this feature.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform servers located in the United States (US East 4 region). We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption of passwords and secure data transmission. Notwithstanding these measures and efforts, no security protections are perfect, and we cannot guarantee any data, including Personal Data, will be safe. To the maximum extent allowed by law, you agree and acknowledge that Introve AI will not be liable or responsible if any information about you is intercepted, accessed, and/or used by an unintended recipient unless due to Introve AI’s negligence.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Google Cloud Platform for our infrastructure and a combination of OpenAI and Google to power Mirra’s conversations. To help us understand how users engage with the platform, we use Google Analytics and Amplitude to analyze usage patterns (e.g., where signups come from, how users move through the story process, or if users are getting stuck). We do not use these tools for advertising or to track you across other websites. These providers have their own privacy policies and security practices that you are responsible for understanding. We have selected partners who maintain strong data protection standards. Introve AI has no responsibility, makes no representations, and disclaims all warranties and liability for third-party websites and services.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account information and conversation data until you choose to delete it. You maintain full control over your data retention. We may retain Services and Publicly Available Data for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to pursue legitimate business interests, and for purposes of audits, compliance with legal obligations, and dispute resolution.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to access, export, and delete your data at any time. In your Account Settings, you can export your data (including your conversations, skills profile, and growth transcript) and delete your account and all associated data. When you delete your data, it is permanently removed from our systems.
8. Children’s Privacy
Mirra is designed for professional development and is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If we learn that we have collected information from someone under 16, we will delete that information promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Mirra after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
